Design & House Painting Requests
Exterior changes to any home within Cottonwood Square & Commons must be submitted for approval beforehand. Some backyard modifications are excluded, please refer to the CCRs above for specific conditions.
NOTE: ASK FIRST - avoid violations later. If you are unsure if your change needs to be approved, contact the HOA beforehand. We can clarify the CCRs for you and potentially avoid violation letters which can be escalated to incur legal fees paid by the homeowner.

House Painting Requests
All homeowners must submit a house painting request to the board for approval before scheduling work.
As of February 2022, house painting requests can only be submitted online using the form below. Click the button below to submit a request online.
Approvals will be generated within 24 hours. Mailed letters of the approval are received within 7-10 business days after the online submission.
NOTE: House paint colors from the previous list of approved colors are grandfathered. You are not required to repaint your home one of the new approved colors.
Homeowners are eligible to re-paint their homes the existing color but an approval is still required beforehand. To submit this request, email board@cschoa.com or call our Community Manager Shane Ray at (928) 282-4479 to verbally submit your request. You must include the specific colors to be used (by name, brand, and color code).
