CSC HOA Landscaping Information

Here you will find key information related to our community landscaping. If you have a question or comment not addressed, we encourage you to use the form below to contact the board.

Please note: We will not cut down trees that are living and thriving in their locations. Dying or dead trees will be removed in phases to allow for the replanting of new trees to grow to maturity.

Monday and Tuesday of every week are the designated landscaping maintenance days for our community. The landscaping team completes maintenance throughout the year to manage our community investment according to the changing seasons.

Residents should not interrupt or disturb the landscapers while working. Landscapers will have access to all HOA managed spaces, including front & side yards and common space between back patio areas. Landscapers have been instructed to not take requests directly from homeowners.

Planting impacts the annual budget and must be facilitated. Homeowner requests are prioritized accordingly.

Dear CSC Homeowners,

We’re excited to share an update on the Commons landscaping schedule from Brandon and his team. They’ve designed a detailed plan to ensure our community stays well-maintained and attractive year-round. See the attached map to this email and below.

 Here’s how it works:

  • Monday: Blue Area – North of the pool
  • Tuesday: Yellow Area – Remaining sections

 Trimming Schedule Highlights:

  • Pyracanthas – Every other week (fastest growers)
  • Rosemary & Honeysuckle – Every 3 weeks
  • Fotinias – Every 3–4 weeks
  • Junipers – As needed (slow growers)

Every week, Brandon’s crew addresses all areas of the complex — not just one section — including the exterior perimeters (16th Street, Fir Street, Elm Street, and Camino Real). Drain areas behind homes are trimmed monthly and checked for weeds every two weeks.

This regular, proactive schedule helps keep CSC looking its best.

If you see any areas that need attention or have landscaping concerns, please contact HOAMCO directly so we can track, prioritize, and coordinate with Brandon’s team effectively:
