WHEN IS OUR COMMUNITY TRASH DAY?
Trash pick up is on Friday morning. We suggest placing bins out on the curb by Thursday evening.
HOW DO I ADD RECYCLING SERVICES TO MY TRASH PICK UP?
At this time, the HOA does not manage recycling services for the community. To add recycling, contact Taylor Waste directly. Their contact information can be found here. Taylor Waste will bill you quarterly for this service and mail the invoice directly to your address.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRASH OR RECYCLING BIN WAS NOT EMPTIED THIS WEEK?
Contact Taylor Waste directly—not the HOA. Taylor Waste is good at coordinating extra pick ups for anything missed on their route. In most cases, they can get bins emptied the same day you contact them.
CAN I INSTALL HOME SECURITY EQUIPMENT ON THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME?
Yes, exposed security cameras or equipment are allowed. Video doorbells and security cameras added to backyard areas do not require prior approval. Other exterior security cameras or satellites affixed to the front & side facing home exterior areas will need to be approved by the HOA.
ARE SHORT TERM VACATION RENTALS ALLOWED (LIKE AIRBNB)?
No. Per our CCRs, homeowners are required to have a lease for 30 days or more. We encourage residents to report suspected short term vacation rentals to the HOA. Use the Contact Us area of the website or email board@cschoa.com with the address or listing.
WHERE DO I PARK MY EXTRA RESIDENT VEHICLES?
Residents should utilize garage and driveways for personal and work vehicles. Otherwise legal public parking areas in the community are available to residents and guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guest parking is not intended for resident vehicles and towing is enforced in these areas.
WHY CAN'T WE OPEN THE POOL EARLIER THAN MAY?
At this time, the HOA reviews current seasonal changes to determine the dates for opening & closing the pool each year. There are expenses associated with opening the pool and the HOA annual budget is considered each year. As of 2022, we are opening the pool 2 weeks earlier than prior seasons. The HOA will continue to reconsider opening the pool earlier each year.
WHY ISN'T THE SPA OPEN DURING THE COLDER MONTHS?
Opening the spa during non-staffed months requires additional expense and planning. With the upgrade of our clubhouse security system, the HOA will reconsider this topic in the coming months.
